Well when you work night shift, you don't have that many options to choose. But lucky us, Taco Palenque is 24/7 serving tacos and other Mexican specialties. I love the Matamoros taco! And their Fideo!
In addition, their service is always excellent.. The employees are gentle and humble people and always with at smile in their face. -

No frills, fast-casual Tex Mex. Each TP offers an unlimited self-service chips and salsa bar. Everyone knows drill, you order your taco(s) and then load up on the salsa bar. Some get creative and make salads. Hands downs, one of the best values the valley has to offer.

Solid food here. Very simple cooking and grilling but done just right. Seasoning was perfect. Beans and tortillas were some of the best I've had in the valley. Less than $10 for a fajita plate. We will be back.

Loooove TacoP! Amazing fast food restaurant. Never tried better refried beans in my life. I usually get the taco pirata which is steak, refried beans and orange cheese. However, pictured is the "Matamoros" which is a healthier option of corn tortilla, steak, white cheese, and avocado.

FIDEO!!! That's all I eat here especially after a long night (they're open 24/7). I usually get the large to go and take half of it home for breakfast. I've had the matamoros Tacos from here too and there great! This is an older location, but the service is great, food is great, and they're opened late.
Be careful crossing into the restaurant!
